Fine Dining Host/Hostess

Creed's Seafood and Steaks is looking for a gracious, confident, and dependable Host/Hostess to join our dedicated team. As a Host/Hostess, you are the first and last impression our guests receive, setting the standard for our iconic hospitality. Your primary responsibilities include managing wait lists and reservations for parties of all sizes, maintaining a welcoming and organized host stand, and ensuring the cleanliness of public areas. Engaging in friendly conversations with guests and accommodating their requests are crucial components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests, providing them with an outstanding first impression.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the host stand and the surrounding area.
• Engage in friendly and professional conversations with guests, accommodating their needs.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth transitions between service stages.
• Act as the face of Creed's, exemplifying our dedication to customer service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive and well-mannered attitude.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a host/hostess role is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours:

• Part-time position.
• Evening shifts from Monday to Saturday, aligned with dinner service hours.
