Job Title: Pump Truck Operator, based in Williston ND
Job Summary Loading, transporting and applying chemical product to oil wells at customer locations using high pressure pumping equipment.
Certifications/Licenses: Class B CDL required. Class A CDL with tanker, hazmat and airbrakes highly preferred.
Department: Operations
Non-exempt, hourly position. "Home every night" Overtime is available and expected.
Monthly BONUSES
Earn up to $120,000 per year

Essential Duties –
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
- Properly load and unload trucks
- Deliver chemicals in a timely manner, as scheduled
- Applies chemical treatments to oil wells per company and customer specifications
- Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) according to company policy
- Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
- Maintain driver’s logs, according to DOT regulations
- Maintain high pressure pumping equipment
- Skillfully and safely operate high pressure pumping equipment
- Follow all SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
- Work well independently and as a team
- Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school graduate or GED. Chemical, pumping, and/or truck treating experience preferred.

Physical Requirements – Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
Work Environment – Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation, and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil, and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the region. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Language Skills – Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDSs), operating instructions, and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Computer Skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, and computer programs for recording daily deliveries.
Work Ethic – Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test, FMCSA Clearinghouse, education verification, and background check.
