What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greenhouse Inventory position at Creek Hill Nursery?
We are a nationally known, rapidly growing perennial plant nursery looking for individuals interested in learning about plant care in a dynamic greenhouse environment.
No prior experience needed, but is preferred. Creek Hill Nursery's strength is in our rare culture, a dedicated group of plant geeks. The work is fresh and educating every day and with our rapid growth comes an opportunity to advance and make a career of horticulture.
This full-time position will place candidates in a varied greenhouse setting with the primary responsibility of keeping accurate counts of plant material, assessing readiness and availability for shipping and various tasks related to inventory and shipping. Travel to the 5 company ranges is involved, valid driver's license required, mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle initially, company vehicle in process of being acquired.
The position comes with a robust benefits package including health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation which increases to 3 weeks at 5 years and 4 weeks at 10 years, sick time and paid holidays. Monday - Friday with optional weekend hours during the busy shipping season.
