Position Overview :
Creek Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Navy combat systems programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing complex programs, including those related to torpedo and UUV (Unmanned Underwater Vehicle) programs. This role requires oversight of program execution, financial management, and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Navy combat systems programs, including torpedo and UUV initiatives.
- Oversee program planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to achieve program success.
- Manage program financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Assess and mitigate program risks.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide briefings to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor program personnel.
