```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Art Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification for Art
- Experience teaching Art at an elementary or middle school level
- Strong knowledge of literacy education and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students
- Experience tutoring or mentoring students is a plus
- Familiarity with learning technology and the ability to incorporate it into lessons
- Knowledge of the Chicago Manual Style for citation purposes is preferred
- Experience working with diverse student populations and adapting instruction to meet their needs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
