As a Med Aide (Med Tech) with our wellness team, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and assisting residents in various ways to support their individual treatment plans
- Contributing vital information to develop and implement customized service plans
- Administering treatment plans, charting medications in Medication Administration Record, documenting results of PRN medications, and recording any missed medications
- Responding to calls and concerns from family members and physicians as directed
- Making a significant contribution to the quality of life for our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Collaborating with the clinical team to address the needs of our residents in a timely manner
- Promoting the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
