We’re searching for a Financial Coordinator who can connect with patients, guide them through financial arrangements, and ensure they leave every interaction feeling valued and confident in their care decisions.

Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly Pay : $19–$24 / hour, based on experience.

What You’ll Do :

Serve as the expert for financial arrangements, helping patients understand their treatment investments.

Collect treatment payments at the time of service with professionalism and accuracy.

Customize payment options and present them persuasively to suit patient needs.

Ensure all financial documentation is clear, compliant, and patient-focused.

Collaborate with the clinical team to create seamless handoffs and build trust with patients.

Assist with patient reservations and various administrative tasks when not presenting financial arrangements, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.

Connect with patients personally to understand their motivations and address concerns with empathy and creativity.

What We’re Looking For :

Sales Experience : Strong ability to guide and close financial discussions.

Personality : Positive, persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly.

Professionalism : Polished appearance and demeanor that reflects our high standards.

Technology Skills : Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix preferred) and office tools.
