Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to serve as both a Delivery Driver and Sales Associate. You will ensure our products reach our customers and assist them in-store.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Driver:
Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver plants, gardening supplies, and other materials.
Load, unload, and secure goods for transit.
Provide excellent customer service for delivery queries.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness; perform basic maintenance checks.
Coordinate with sales team for delivery schedules.
Sales Associate:
Greet and assist customers in selecting gardening products.
Provide accurate plant care and product usage information.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Stock shelves, water plants, manage inventory, and assist with loading mulch and plants.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience in delivery or sales roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
