Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fertilizer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and plant health care. This role requires hands-on experience with various power and hand tools, as well as the ability to operate fertilization machinery. The Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients while ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.
Duties
- Perform fertilization and weed control services.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in sales efforts by providing knowledgeable recommendations to clients regarding services and products.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Drive to job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of service.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- A valid driver’s license is required for transporting equipment and traveling to job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Pay: $26.50 - $32.00 per hour
