Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. You'll be out in the field making properties look sharp—cutting grass, spreading mulch, planting flowers, and handling seasonal work like spring/fall cleanups and snow removal.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing residential and commercial properties
- Seasonal cleanups: leaf removal, cutting back perennials, bed edging, etc.
- Mulch and rock installation
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and small trees
- Weeding and general bed maintenance
- Snow plowing and shoveling during winter months (if year-round)
- Operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
- Keeping a clean truck and organized tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with commercial mowers and landscape tools
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Punctual, respectful, and able to follow direction
- Valid driver’s license (strongly preferred)
- Willing to work early mornings and occasional Saturdays
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
