Marina Dock Associate Full Time

Come join a great team, on the water, with a wonderful work environment! We are seeking a marina dock associate to work full time. Creekside Yacht Club (CYC) is a full service, private marina located on scenic Bradley Creek in Wilmington, NC.

Specifically, the marina dock/customer service associate is expected to possess the following skills:

• Minimum 2 year experience moving, driving, and docking boats in a boat marina
• Willingness to learn to drive and operate a marina forklift with proper training
• Successfully completed a NC Boater's Safety Training Course with certification
• Be safety driven and knowledgeable of general safety practices
• Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
• Be flexible and capable of working different day shifts
• Have reliable and dependable transportation
• Possess outstanding customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
• Be experienced in boating and be able to move/drive boats within a marina
• Be able to lift heavy objects that are daily responsibilities of marina operations
• Be knowledgeable of and able to proficiently use apps via a smart device
• Provide cleaning services and lawn maintenance as directed by management

Minimum education experience – high school graduate and preferably some college course studies
