As the Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations), you are responsible for ensuring that the community is attractive and well-maintained and safe for our residents and staff.

What Cascade Living and Creekside look for in a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) :

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
• Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
• Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
• Experience in safe electrical and plumbing repair
• Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) for Creekside :

16.70 - $18.70 / Hourly

Weekends Required
