JOB SUMMARY:
The PLC Programmer is to work with the engineering and operation divisions to create and manage programs for industrial computers in the facility. This includes but is not limited to designing new programs, monitoring existing PLCs, and automations. Root cause analysis and strong communication are required in these positions. The supervisor role is responsible for continuously developing and mentoring Team Members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Working to design PLC programs
- Drawing schematics if needed
- Maintaining and managing current PLC Programming
- Installing PLC
- Troubleshooting PLCs
- Communicating with departments across the organization
- Outsource when needed if cannot manage on their own
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Minimum 2 years’ maintenance experience with knowledge in industrial electrical and mechanical systems required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of preventative maintenance techniques/scheduling
Good computer skills (excel, work, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.)
Ability to maintain high expectations for self and others, demonstrating a dedication to achievement of results
Able to work productively and independently, good time management skills
Clear communication skills – verbally and in written form
Ability to take direction
Good attitude
