Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Middleville, MI
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 96-unit apartment community in Middleville, MI! This full-time role starts at $19/hr (or based on experience). If you have hands-on maintenance skills and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
- Handle work orders and prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Complete painting, drywall, and carpentry tasks.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in apartment or residential maintenance.
- HVAC knowledge is a plus!
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
