What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check-in patients, creating a positive first impression
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office schedule
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally
- Verify insurance information and help patients understand their coverage
- Assist with patient intake forms and updates to records
- Process billing and payments, ensuring accuracy
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in front desk administration or customer service, preferably in a medical or dental setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy office environment
- Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (preferably Dentrix)
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
