Job Description
Cregger Company is searching for a Business Growth Support Associate to assist in maintaining and growing our private label brand, TradeStar. This role involves playing a critical part in the development of the portfolio, product pipeline, supporting databases, website maintenance, sales reporting, and other defined tasks to support all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support initiatives on reports necessary to track and analyze business metrics
• Compile and summarize information using Excel or other tools
• Identify new process improvement opportunities
• Assist with generating reports and compiling data/information for ongoing reports (i.e. monthly sales, order points, inventory valuation)
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience with plumbing or HVAC products
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Eclipse software
• Ability to learn new processes as needed
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Wholesale distribution knowledge
