What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a high-performing HVAC service department
• Train and develop technicians on technical expertise and sales techniques to boost team performance
• Optimize scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency
• Ensure top-notch customer service, acting as a bridge between customers, field staff, and office teams
• Stay ahead of industry trends, keeping your team up to date with the latest HVAC technology
• Track and report team performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement

What You Bring:

• 3 years of HVAC management experience (residential/light commercial)
• Strong technical diagnostic skills across all HVAC systems, from basic to high-efficiency inverter systems
• A passion for leading, coaching, and developing a team
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to train techs on upselling and service techniques
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

You must have these things: 

• 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
