The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Superintendent, Landscaping and Golf Course Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in golf course maintenance and groundskeeping. As the Assistant Superintendent, Landscaping and Golf Course Maintenance, you will oversee daily operations, including turf care, irrigation management, landscaping, and ensuring the course meets the highest standards of playability and aesthetics for our members and guests.

Qualification Standards:

• 10 years experience and/or 4 years of experience with an Associate degree in a related field
• Certified pesticide applicators license VA

Duties & Functions:

• Supervision of golf course team
• Fertilizer/pesticide applications and supervision of applications
• Assist in golf course maintenance plan and delivery
  • Mowing schedule
  • Spraying schedule
  • Daily course set-up and accurate pin locations
  • Tree and shrub pruning and maintenance
• Tidiness of GC
  • Trash, debris, construction debris, etc
• Communication with Superintendent and Senior Assistant
• Other duties as assigned by Superintendent and Senior Assistant
