What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Teacher position at Creighton Prep?
Creighton Prep is currently accepting applications for a faculty position as a business teacher beginning on August 1, 2025.
Possible courses, programs, and activities include:
- Any level of college preparatory business-related and personal finance courses including dual enrollment courses
- Opportunity to implement a business curriculum at a college preparatory high school
- Coaching or moderating teams, clubs, or other extra-curricular activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in business with preference given to candidates who have graduate degrees in this field
- Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in business or the ability to obtain one prior to August 2025
- Preference is given to teachers who have the credentials needed to offer dual enrollment college credit
- Experience with and desire to engage in extracurricular activities such as coaching or moderating clubs and activities is highly desirable
