We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with existing commercial real estate industry relationships to drive enterprise sales, working with high-value clients who require tailored solutions.
Located at the leading edge of advanced financial analysis in the commercial real estate industry, CREModels is expanding its St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Sales Team. New hires will drive company growth selling long term managed services and mission-critical software contracts to various commercial real estate stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize high-value target clients, focusing on real estate directors, asset managers and key decision-makers. Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Maintain strong industry relationships, attending conferences and leading webinars
- Cross-Sell and Up-Sell products and services
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting: family offices, institutional firms, and CRE investors
- Leverage existing relationships to generate and nurture opportunities
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Stay informed on CRE market trends and SaaS innovations to position our solution effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record of selling in finance or commercial real estate
- 5 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales, including quota achievement and success in closing deals
- Established industry contacts with family offices, institutional investors, and CRE firms
- Experience with longer sales cycles and custom SaaS implementations
- Ability to manage complex negotiations with C-suite executives and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- The ability to “roll up their sleeves,” hustle, and proactively build new client and lead relationships while managing existing ones.
- Experience working at startup and growth companies
