Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote our hospital services and new programs.
- Collaborate with departments to create compelling content for digital platforms and print materials.
- Establish strategic partnerships to expand referral networks and enhance our community presence.
- Coordinate hospital events, health fairs, and outreach activities to engage with the local community.
- Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and provide insights to improve strategies.
- Manage the hospital’s brand and ensure consistency in all communications.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
