Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Provide home community care by ensuring a safe and clean living environment.
- Monitor patients' health by observing their conditions and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in mobility and physical activities, including lifting when necessary.
- Engage in patient observation to ensure emotional well-being and provide companionship.
- Help with long-term care needs by developing trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, including any changes in the client's condition or needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health or long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills in meal preparation and maintaining a clean environment are highly valued.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks, including lifting clients when needed, is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
