THE OPPORTUNITY
At Creo Group, we are searching for a motivated Warehouse Shipping member to join our team and play a crucial part in our shared success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Pick, stage, and correctly label customer orders based on pick tickets.
- Load customer shipments following vendor compliance instructions and complete all shipping documents accurately.
- Follow instructions from the Shipping/Warehouse Manager or their designee.
- Unload finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) production, placing products safely in designated locations while documenting SKUs.
- Report on any product or equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or employee actions to the Shipping/Warehouse Manager.
- Wear safety glasses while working inside the building and operating powered lift vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or their designee.
Qualifications:
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior Experience
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other powered lift vehicles is a plus.
- Personal Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic math and documentation skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all company policies.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
