THE OPPORTUNITY
At Creo Group, we're searching for a motivated CDL Driver to join our team and play a crucial role in transporting our finished goods. This is your chance to play your part in our shared success.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow and execute instructions in English accurately.
- Adhere to all PPE requirements, including protective glasses, gloves, and ear protection.
- Maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts and breaks.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers and maintain a positive attitude.
- Read warehouse zones on serial labels and position loaded trailers into the correct doors.
- Operate a scan gun and navigate the WMS system efficiently.
- Understand shipping and production schedules, slotting trailers for maximum warehouse efficiency.
- Communicate with the shipping supervisor to optimize dock door usage.
- Back trailers into dock doors accurately, typically within one or two attempts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor truck issues as needed.
- Follow all DOT rules and regulations.
