Job Description
Creospan is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with a strong background in Chatbot and Voicebox technologies to design and implement innovative AI-driven customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conversational AI, NLP, voice interfaces, and enterprise architecture principles. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design AI-powered Chatbots & Voice Assistants to enhance customer interactions across multiple platforms.
- Develop enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions, integrating chatbots, voicebots, and NLP technologies.
- Define the technical roadmap, architecture standards, and best practices for AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams, UX designers, and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of chatbot and voice assistant solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom-built solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability of AI solutions within United Airlines’ ecosystem.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot programs to validate new chatbot and voice automation technologies.
- Work closely with cloud architects to optimize AI workloads for AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Develop and maintain API integrations with CRM, booking systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, voice technologies, and chatbot frameworks to drive continuous innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years focusing on AI-driven chatbot and voice assistant solutions.
- Expertise in NLP, Machine Learning (ML), and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, or OpenAI.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based AI services like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or Microsoft Azure Bot Services.
- Experience with Voice UI technologies (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant, Twilio Voice, Speech-to-Text APIs).
- Hands-on experience in microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js for chatbot and AI application development.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and API security.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
