Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to work at our apartment community in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property and amenity areas at all times. This person will also be responsible for assisting the maintenance team with small tasks.
Responsibilities
- Grounds, common areas and outdoor amenities should be maintained daily
- Perform building light checks monthly
- Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and minor repairs
- Assists make ready and light work order completion as schedule by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager
- Ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed in accordance with safety standards
Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks.
Must pass background and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
