The client is seeking a qualified .NET / C# / Java, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Mid-Level Developer for a short-term (approximately 12-month) contract assignment. This role will be part of the DMV Traffic Records Systems (TRS) team. TRS is critical to the DMV Crash Data Management and DOH Traffic Safety, facilitating the collection, analysis, and distribution of motor vehicle accident information. The selected candidate will contribute to the conversion of TRS applications from Java to .NET.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Business Owners to translate customer requests into technical requirements and user stories.
Coordinate software release schedules with Business and Technical Teams.
Develop business requirements documents.
Provide testing and training support.
Contribute to the development effort to convert TRS applications from Java to .NET.
Utilize enterprise-level software development best practices.
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Math, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of documented experience developing web-based applications using :
NET / C# / Java
Adobe Experience Manager Designer (AEM)
Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
Web services (SOAP and REST)
User interfaces (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
GIT / Azure DevOps
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated ability in :
Application analysis and design
Cost analysis
Estimating staffing needs
Testing
Documentation
Implementation
Preferred Skills and Experience :
Experience with ASP.Net MVC and ASP.Net Core
Experience with object-relational mappers (Dapper, Entity Framework)
Experience with testing frameworks (nUnit, MSTest)
