Location : Tallahassee, FL (Remote with Some Travel Across SMHTFs )

Job Description :
The Client is seeking qualified consultants to manage and provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services and assist the Office of Information Technology (OITS) and the Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) implement a new, Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in the following three State Mental Health Treatment Facilities (SMHTFs).

Position :
- Five or more years of experience performing organizational change management
- Three or more years of experience performing stakeholder management
- Three or more years of experience performing OCM communication management
REQUIRED DUTIES AND TASKS
The following are the primary duties and tasks the OCM consultant will be required to

Conduct project stakeholder analysis and assess change readinessEstablish and integrate organizational change strategies to drive successful user adoptionEstablish KPIs designed to objectively measure the effectiveness of OCM activitiesPlan and execute integrated program OCM activitiesPlan and execute communication activities (e.g., emails, posters, staff presentations, stakeholder meetings, etc.) designed to inform and gather feedback.Produce reports and dashboards that outline the scope and effectiveness of OCMactivitiesDevelop communication strategies for maintaining a positive perception of EHRproject among stakeholders and sister agenciesAssist with the design and implementation of training activities designed to drivesuccessful user adoptionProvide coaching and assistance to hospital staff as they adopt changesAnalyze the adoption of change within the organization, identify potential barriers,and implement solutionsProvide input and support planning and prioritization for business processengineering related activitiesIdentify technical problems and develop solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment, and suggest plans to integrate new and existing processes.Assist with the evaluation of potential solutions to issues identified during theprojectParticipate in the design and evaluation of the SI vendor's deliverablesLiaise with stakeholder managers to ensure adequate response to stakeholderinquiries and proper coordination across disciplinesEnsure the project stakeholder engagement approach is recorded and properlyexecutedAttend meetings to present suggestions to establish new, or improve existing,stakeholder engagement strategiesPlan, schedule, facilitate, and document meetingSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience. (Required)
Certification : Preference will be given to candidates with an OCM certification.
