Job Summary :
Our Client is seeking a Senior Agile Scrum / Flow Master to support agile teams within the department organization. The role will facilitate agile ceremonies, oversee the planning and implementation of Epics and features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The Scrum / Flow Master will work closely with technical leads, business divisions, and stakeholders to track progress, prioritize tasks, remove impediments, and drive agile transformation efforts within the Aqua Portfolio, specifically supporting FNS and EPI programs .
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to enhance team collaboration.
- Support monthly releases, quarterly PI planning, and cross-team synchronization meetings for improved execution and alignment.
- Track team assignments, prioritize tasks with business divisions, and support release planning in collaboration with technical leads.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Measure and analyze agile team metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance agile maturity .
- Guide and coach agile teams in best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
- Assist in managing and delivering solutions for program backlogs while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate quarterly PI planning across NC FAST and support broader agile transformation initiatives within the Aqua Portfolio .
