Crescent City Christian School is looking to hire a Full-Time Facilities Team Specialist. The requirements of this job are to do whatever it takes to keep the facility in proper working order and maintain and manage the physical property while modeling a positive/godly attitude for our student population. God has blessed our ministry with a wonderful building and we want to treat it like it is a blessing.
This will include things like:
- Landscaping
- Pressure Washing
- Painting
- Sheetrock Repairs
- Basic Plumbing and Electrical Maintenance
- Changing Lights
- Trash Management
- Carpentry
- Glass Cleaning
- Simple Roof Repairs
- Coordinating with Vendors and Contractors
- Doors & Locks
- Building Security
Even though these are just some of the things listed, the reality is that we expect all employees in our ministry to have a "Do whatever it takes" mindset and attitude.
This position includes a full and competitive benefits package, as well as, two weeks of vacation time & two weeks of personal/sick time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
