Skills
- Ideally, a BS with an Engineering focus, but we value experience similarly
- Prior leadership experience with direct or indirect reports.
- Experience with applications, sales, or customer-focused engineering with an OEM.
- Ability to read, interpret, and occasionally make slight changes to 2D drawings
