Job Summary :
As a teacher within this charter school system, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters the academic and personal growth of students. You will design and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and adapt to the needs of diverse learners. Key Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards and the school’s curriculum.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports student learning and development.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Certification : Both certified and non-certified teachers will be considered; non-certified teachers must be willing to obtain certification in the future.
Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
