EXPERIENCED PATENT ASSOCIATE OR PATENT AGENT - PRODUCT DESIGN & USER INTERFACE PATENT PROSECUTIONMultiple Offices (Preference for Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, or St. Louis)Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate or Patent Agent to join their Product Design & User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group . This position is open to all firm offices, with a preference for Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, or St. Louis .Candidate Profile : JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record ( for Associate candidates ).Bar Admission in Georgia, Illinois, District of Columbia, Texas, Colorado, Missouri, or Arizona, as applicable (for Associate candidates).Admission to the USPTO is required for both Associate and Patent Agent candidates.2 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.Degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science required.Strong law firm, engineering, or industry experience, with superb writing and communication skills.Preferred experience in one or more of the following : Software-related technologiesArtificial intelligence-related technologiesIoT, networking, and related technologiesQuantum technologiesKey Responsibilities : Prepare and prosecute patent applications related to product design and user interface technologies.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and agents to provide innovative patent prosecution services.Engage with clients to advise on patent strategy and ensure successful patent filings in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join?This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge patent prosecution matters, collaborating with industry-leading clients.
