HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMPANY

To ensure the sale and proper placement of Crescent Crown Distributing products in assigned accounts by performing the following duties.

WHAT WILL YOU ACCOMPLISH

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Assists Space Team Coordinator and all CCD employees with any Reset Activity.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with customer
  • Report all competitive activity to the Space Team Manager immediately.
  • Represent CCD and all it’s brands in a positive and professional manner.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee and train any part-time employees working on a reset shift with you

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed the following work environments :

    • Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience :

  • High School or Equivalent education
  • Retail or customer service experience is helpful

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Language Ability : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals. Ability to read and write correspondence and understand instruction. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Math Ability : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
  • Reasoning Ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
