- Represent clients in complex business litigation, addressing issues such as partnership and shareholder disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Handle real estate litigation, including matters involving developer disputes, broker defense, lender litigation, and partnership conflicts.
- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys to navigate a challenging and fast-paced legal environment.
- Engage in hearings, depositions, and trial settings with proficient oversight when necessary.
