What are the responsibilities and job description for the Well Analyst- Entry Level position at Crescent Energy?
Summary:
The Well Analyst is under the supervision of the Optimization Foreman and monitors assets allocation in Field Operator application by correcting false allocated data. While also being utilized as a hybrid well analyst absorbing the duties of an area Well Analyst during their absence. On the weekends the support analyst is the main contact for the entire asset.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarms and operations, quickly notify appropriate personnel of issues discovered throughout the day. Monitor and assist the operation of CPF’S and wells utilizing alarm banner.
- Responsible for tank level monitoring using tanks and balance pages to ensure proper pump function and timely truck dispatch.
- Primary dispatch of oil haulers and main source of communication with drivers.
- Assist in water haul dispatch by effectively communicating with primary water hauling companies.
- Daily handover notes between shifts that track major and minor issues including down facilities, wells, pumps, and other field equipment.
- Assist Well Analysts with calls and various cygnet issues.
- Monitor compressor fuel page and keep up-to-date log sheet of compressor down time.
- Compile audit record on changes being made into Field Operator.
- Assist with tracking of OFI wells while compiling data and help keep up with potential production loss.
- Liaison between Western Midstream and the Crescent Energy Control Room.
- Set tank levels for Western Pigging Operations
- Assist with curtailing volumes due to Western Upsets or Planned shut ins.
- Communicating on Western upsets to the field throughout the day.
- Responsible for Daily Production updates via emails.
- Reviews and Reports daily allocated production volumes.
- • Identify and analyze volume discrepancies, troubleshoot problems, and make corrections as needed in P2 for tank volumes, gas and oil sales.
