ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms as requested while providing excellent brand standard customer service.

Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, their locations in the hotel and hours of operation, to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel.

Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.

Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, such as trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping up trash, emptying trash cans, as needed.

Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests as needed.

Maintain the traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel.
- Ensure safety measures are followed for area.
- Available to work on a regular basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- One year hotel bellperson experience preferred.
- Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English.
