We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team.
Job Summary: This position contributes to the success of Los Angeles Athletic Club (“Company”) by creating positive experiences for every member and guest who visits the club by conducting introductory workouts, updating workouts, ensuring safe use of fitness equipment; addressing customer inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner; administering fitness assessments, personalize conditioning and fitness training, and by providing an elevated service experience, and promoting all athletic activities, programs and events.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement personalized workout programs
- Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Ensure the safety of clients during workouts
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements:
- National Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Group fitness certification is a plus

Compensation: Hourly based rate $20.32 per hour, plus commission up to $62.22 per hour to start
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week
Availability: Must have availability during the week and one weekend day
