This is an Overtime Eligible Manager position.
What you will be doing: You will take ownership of both the restaurant menu and line cooks, supervise PM kitchen staff, Assist in managing the kitchen and kitchen staff, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Assist with purchasing and food cost.
What you should bring to the table: A self-starting personality with an even disposition. The ability to communicate in English. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. The ability to plan and develop menus and recipes. The ability to apply basic supervisory skills to plan, organize, direct, coach, train and discipline, as necessary. A passion for food and great guest service!
When you will be working: Hotels are in operation 24/7 and schedules are based on business demands. The Sous chef will generally work the PM shift. Please complete the candidate availability form before you submit your application!
