The ideal candidate will possess the ability to establish relationships with institutional clients and oversee a deal from inception. This individual will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

The role involves working closely with Crescent's established capital partners, while also maintaining a robust network of equity partners to source new business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively source and secure new clients, managing deal flow from initial contact through contract completion.
- Industry Engagement: Serve as secondary contact for brokers, consultants, industry analysts, and other key stakeholders to identify and source new opportunities.
- Due Diligence & Asset Evaluation: Conduct thorough due diligence on hotel assets, including the review of PIPs and operational assessments to identify value-add opportunities.
- Market Insights & Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of U.S. lodging industry trends, brand evolution, and shifting consumer preferences, applying these insights to business strategy and client engagements.
- Strategic Communication: Deliver business presentations, investment reports, and memoranda to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
- Conference Representation: Attend and represent the company at major industry conferences to expand networks and identify business opportunities.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Foster strong team dynamics while upholding a reputation for integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Lead with a collaborative mindset while being capable of operating independently when needed.
- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the U.S. lodging industry, particularly within hospitality real estate, brand, finance, or brokerage.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in business and technical writing, along with outstanding oral communication skills for engaging with internal teams, clients, and industry professionals.
- Sales Expertise: utilize extensive network to build and maintain strong client relationships to drive leads and business growth.
- Organizational Leadership: Aligns with company objectives and ensure seamless execution and follow-up.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of hotel management, market trends, and investment strategies.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as necessary for client meetings, conferences, and property evaluations.
