We recently secured a major contract with AT&T to support the execution of a customer outreach campaign, and we are seeking a qualified Business Sales Associate to join our team. This is a client-facing position responsible for delivering high-quality sales presentations, building lasting relationships with customers, and driving brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with potential and existing customers, conducting comprehensive product presentations tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of AT&T’s products, services, promotions, installation processes, and account support offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
- Process customer orders accurately, maintain detailed records of interactions, and comply with all internal policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, resolving issues, and fostering trust with customers.
- Identify opportunities for future business growth and referrals through relationship-building techniques.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role is required.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry is highly valued.
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients.
- Must be available to work on-site at our San Antonio corporate office.
