Bilingual Assistant Property Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and exceptional customer service skills & Bilingual in English/Spanish

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Resolve tenant complaints and conflicts effectively
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue
- Utilize OneSite software for property management tasks
- Maintain accurate tenant files and financial records
- Provide administrative support as needed

-Unit Walks/Audits for leaks, lease violations

Skills:

-Bilingual in Spanish & English required

- End to End Detailed Understanding of Eviction Process in Dallas County
- Strong negotiation skills for contract agreements
- Conflict management abilities to handle tenant disputes effectively
- Excellent administrative skills for record keeping and documentation
- Upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Legal administrative knowledge for lease agreements and compliance
- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain tenant satisfaction

Pay: $20.72 - $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Irving, TX 75061: Relocate before starting work (Required)
