Commercial Lender

Job Overview
We are seeking Commercial Lender to join our bank client's financial services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in loan origination and processing, with a keen understanding of financial software and regulations.

The Bank offers a very competitive base salary plus multiple incentives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility for commercial loans.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments, including reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and business plans.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance throughout the loan process.
• Utilize financial software to input data accurately and efficiently manage loan processing tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations and finalize loan agreements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures, including loan origination and underwriting.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and make sound lending decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on client relations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
