Here is what you will be doing each day :
As our Front Office Manager, you will be overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that front desk and communications meet hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction and acting as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments in the absence of other managerial staff. This role is key in ensuring quality service and compliance with corporate policies and procedures while meeting / exceeding financial goals.
