What You'll Do
As a Night Auditor, you will :
- Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting and assisting guests during overnight hours.
- Balance daily transactions, verify and post financial data, and prepare accurate reports.
- Act as the overnight ambassador , responding promptly to guest inquiries and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
- Manage late-night check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
