Required Skills and Abilities :
- At least one (1) year of previous hotel night audit or hotel front desk experience required.
- Flexible to work any overnight shift, including holidays and weekends.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
- Previous direct customer service experience.
