What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Malpractice Paralegal position at Crescent Solutions?

We seeks a full-time Medical Malpractice Paralegal for its Boston, Massachusetts office in the following practice areas :

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Organizing case documents and files.

Preparing pleadings and forms.

Managing discovery, including subpoenas and authorizations to obtain records.

Completing deposition summaries.

Reviewing medical and employment records.

QUALIFICATIONS :

At least 2 - 4 years of prior Medical Malpractice litigation experience.

Excellent academic record.

Strong research and writing skills.

Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in PDF software, particularly Nuance Power PDF.

Ability to add Bates-stamping, combine files, separate files, and edit PDFs.
