About Us:
Crescent Therapy & Assessment Services is a well-established psychology group practice with offices in Orlando and Orange City, Florida, specializing in psychological evaluations for disability evaluations. We are opening a new office in Lakeland, FL and are seeking a psychometrician to join our team as an independent contractor.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced psychometrician to conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments on a contract basis. This is a flexible opportunity that allows you to manage your own schedule while benefiting from our existing referral network and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological assessments
Conduct structured clinical interviews and cognitive testing
Compile and summarize test results for licensed psychologists
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of assessment findings
Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure smooth client scheduling and documentation
Maintain ethical and professional standards in client interactions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
Experience in administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests
Familiarity with disability evaluations (training provided if necessary)
Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
Willingness to work 1-3 days per week in Lakeland (negotiable)
