Crescent Tree Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Operations Manager to be based at our sawmill in Leola, Arkansas.
The Financial Operations Manager will report to the Mill Manager and play a key role in plant management by providing analytical support for all financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the various aspects of the mill and be able to provide insight into areas of improvement and accounting processes.

The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree in business, accounting, or finance and related work experience of 3 to 5 years. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are essential. Additionally, the candidate must successfully complete a pre-employment background and drug screen.
