SENIOR TECHNICAL SYTELINE CONSULTANT

Position Description

The Senior Technical Syteline Consultant is a developer with 5 plus years of experience who provides billable services to customers in support of their SyteLine system. Depending on your skill set, a Technical Consultant may also provide other development or technical services, which may be unrelated to SyteLine. The Senior Technical SyteLine Consultant requires more than 10 years of experience in customizing Syteline ERP, INFOR CSI, and connecting to the cloud with .net, AWS, or similar. Some coding may be needed. More than 10 years of experience in Syteline or INFOR development and customization is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical SyteLine Consultant is primarily responsible for delivering services to customers through a variety of activities including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, analysis, formulating solutions to business issues, documenting specifications, estimating projects, development, testing, debugging, and project delivery to the customer. Determining customer requirements is critical.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• SyteLine Experience
• Manufacturing Experience
• Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services
• A degree in a technical discipline
• Enterprise Resource Planning system basic knowledge
• Previous consulting experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects
• Strong customer service attitude
• Strong self-motivation but not afraid to ask for help
• Hold yourself and your work to high standards
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• High energy level; ability to persist

A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

Ability to travel is 25% with variations due to business demands
